Job Position: Customer Service Executive (Call Centre)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor in any discipline from Daffodil international University with good academic result.
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide product and service related information
- Receive and escalate customer requests and complaints
- Able to handle inbound and outbound calls where required
- Capable to handle customer queries through email
- Document all call information according to Standard Operating Procedure
- Record details of actions taken
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age not over 30 years as on September 30, 2016
- Have good command in English and Bengali (Oral & Written)
- Must be able to learn quickly to acquire the product and process knowledge
- Proficient in Ms Word, Ms Excel
- Willing to work 24/7 roster basis, including weekends and public holidays
- Hard working and ability to work under stress
- Fresher are encouraged to apply
