Position: Customer Service Associates


Job Responsibilities: Telesales, Service call, telemarketing, profile update or Customer information update.


Educational Requirements: 
  • Graduate in any discipline from Daffodil International University.
  • Senior level students also can apply

Additional Requirements:
  • Must be well groomed & dynamic.
  • Should be well conversant in both Bengali & English.
  • Behavioral competencies: customer orientation, ability to work in a team, ability to work under   pressure, problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, adaptability and presence of mind to handle customer queries and complaints
  • Technical competencies: basic computer skills - MS Office, good typing skill.

Job Location: Dhaka


Salary:  Negotiable
